Every grievance is our chance to defend the rights we negotiated and to involve fellow members in the process -- we can use grievances to uphold the contract, defend individual and group rights and to support workplace actions. They are an important tool in our arsenal. This session  will walk stewards and local leaders through the five steps of the grievance process and offer tips and tools for success.   

This module aims to familiarize you with the concept of grievances, enabling you to identify their occurrence and support co-workers confidently. Gain the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate the grievance process effectively, upholding the contract and advocating for your members' rights.
